Victoria Russell is a certified paralegal who brings a strong foundation in legal support and a genuine dedication to professional excellence to her role at Leasor Crass. Originally from Louisiana, Victoria recently relocated to Texas with her husband and has quickly made both the firm and her new community her own.

Victoria’s commitment to growth is evident in everything she does. She is currently working toward Texas state certification, a reflection of her drive to deliver the highest level of support to the firm’s school district clients. Her background in legal support, combined with her meticulous attention to detail and client-focused approach, makes her an invaluable member of the team.

Beyond her work at the firm, Victoria is an engaged and enthusiastic member of her adopted community. She serves on the City of Waxahachie’s Cultural Arts and Heritage Committee, where her passion for history, culture, and civic life translates into meaningful contributions to the community she now calls home.

Outside of the office, Victoria’s curiosity and adventurous spirit lead her to explore museums and historic homes, hunt for treasures at antique shops, and discover unique local dining experiences. She is an avid reader, a devoted television enthusiast, and enjoys kayaking and fishing — and above all, spending time with her husband and two beloved cats.
