Colby Rideout

Partner

Colby Rideout is a partner at the firm. He has extensive experience in civil litigation, including contract litigation, fiduciary litigation, consumer protection, and construction disputes.  Colby is also an experienced appellate attorney and can assist clients with their litigation matters from beginning, all the way through the appellate process.

Colby graduated from Texas A&M University in 2007, where he had many opportunities to travel to eastern Europe including Ukraine and Russia.  In 2004 he taught at a children’s camp in Crimea, and in 2006 he returned to Ukraine on a State Department internship where he worked in the Public Affairs Department and volunteered as an election observer with OSCE in Rivne Ukraine.  Colby graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2010 and has since worked in many areas of the law including criminal prosecution and defense, government law, appellate law, construction law, consumer protection, commercial and business law, family law,  and property law.

Colby has represented individuals and businesses, large and small. He also knows what it’s like to be a client and is able to relate to his clients’ concerns when helping them navigate their own legal matters.
