Kim Mullins is the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, working closely with firm leadership to advance the firm’s strategic, financial, and operational objectives. She oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, including technology, billing and finance, publications, website management, and professional training initiatives—helping ensure the firm operates efficiently and with purpose.
With more than 30 years of experience in the legal profession, Kim has served in a wide range of operational and administrative roles, including Legal Secretary, Paralegal, Office Manager, Webmaster, and IT Manager. Her background includes work with law firms in Dallas and Fort Worth, as well as a statewide firm with offices in five Texas cities. She earned her Paralegal Certification from the University of Texas at Tyler.
For the past 25 years, Kim has dedicated her career to the management of school law firms. As the daughter of a high school football coach, she brings a deep respect for educators and a genuine appreciation for the meaningful impact they have on students’ lives and communities.
Kim lives in Mansfield, where she enjoys cooking and baking, gardening, community involvement, discovering new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with her grown son and two dogs.
