Kim Mullins

Chief Operating Officer

Kim Mullins serves as Chief Operating Officer of Leasor Crass, P.C., where she partners with firm leadership to advance the strategic, financial, and operational priorities that allow the firm’s attorneys to deliver exceptional service to Texas public school districts. In this role, Kim oversees the firm’s day to day operations, including technology, finance and billing, publications, website management, and professional development initiatives, ensuring that Leasor Crass operates efficiently, effectively, and with a clear sense of purpose. Her leadership style is direct and solutions oriented, balanced by approachability, active listening, and a genuine commitment to supporting every member of the Leasor Crass team.

Kim brings a comprehensive and well rounded perspective to law firm management, built over the course of a thirty year career in the legal profession. Her experience spans a broad range of operational and administrative roles, including Legal Secretary, Paralegal, Office Manager, Webmaster, and IT Manager, giving her a working understanding of nearly every function that supports a successful law firm. Kim earned her Paralegal Certification from The University of Texas at Tyler.

For twenty five of those thirty years, Kim has focused her career specifically on the management of education law firms. That sustained focus has given her a deep understanding of the unique needs of school district clients, the rhythms of the academic year, and the operational realities that shape how outside counsel must serve districts to be truly valuable. As the daughter of a high school football coach, Kim also brings a personal connection to public education and a heartfelt appreciation for the role educators play in shaping students’ lives and strengthening communities.

Kim’s investment in the Mansfield community is long standing and visible. She has served on the Board of Directors of Leadership Mansfield since 2016, holding multiple terms as Chair, and she also serves on the Boards of Directors of the Mansfield Mission Center, the Mansfield Business Alliance, and an advisory Board member of Freed People. That community engagement reflects the same dedication and commitment to service that characterizes her work at the firm.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Kim enjoys cooking and baking, gardening, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her grown son and her two rescue dogs, Franklin and Sally.
