Dr. Debbie Cano

Educational Consultant/Licensed Attorney in Oklahoma

Dr. Debbie Cano joined the Leasor Crass team in 2020 after a career in education. Before entering the legal arena, she served as a 4-8 grade teacher and coach, campus administrator, and district director. Currently, she is an adjunct professor of educational leadership at Dallas Baptist University.

Debbie is an ardent advocate for Texas public schools. Her years in the classroom and administrative leadership provide unique insight and perspective concerning the challenges and opportunities teachers and school leaders face. Debbie considers it her life’s mission and purpose to serve and defend public education interests across the state. Debbie is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma.
