Felicia joined the Leasor Crass team in 2018, after graduating from SMU Dedman School of Law. She proudly received her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. While studying at TCU, she learned education is one of the most important factors in a child’s development and knows educators are a vital piece. Felicia is honored to be part of a team where education is their specialty.

Felicia was born and raised in Arlington, Texas, and now resides in Mansfield with her husband, daughter, son, and two dogs. In her downtime, she enjoys reading, trying different BBQ joints around DFW, and sitting on her front porch with her family.
