Holly James
Senior Associate

Holly James’ professional career is defined by her twin passions—education and the law. She has eight years of experience practicing law, as well as five years of experience as an elementary classroom teacher in Mansfield I.S.D. and Aldine I.S.D.
Holly received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Texas A&M University in 2002, and her law degree from South Texas College of Law in 2006. Holly’s legal experience spans a broad range of civil litigation arenas, including insurance coverage, insurance defense, and general litigation matters. Holly’s time in the classroom has given her a boots-on-the-ground perspective with respect to the needs and challenges faced by Texas educators on a daily basis. She considers it a privilege to utilize this experience to advocate on behalf of educators as they seek to serve the students of our state.
Holly was born and raised in north Texas and now lives in Mansfield with her husband, son, and two dogs.
